About Brando
Sports that I played was soccer and wrestling. Soccer was the first sport that I started playing, I played for about 5-6 years. I was not the best at soccer but I still put in my best effort. I wrestled in High School for about 1 year, it was very fun and interesting sport to learn.Very demanding sport, which reminds me a little of CrossFit.
Turning Point
Once I started CrossFit, I realized that CrossFit involved and implemented many different types of movement and skills to master. After about a few months of starting CrossFit I began to realize that mastering these movements and skills and giving 100% effort everyday, was becoming very challenging. I wanted to give up because all of these things seemed very out of my reach. I began to realize that this was a pattern in my behavior when things began to get challenging. After realizing this I knew that I needed to change this behavior, I needed to improve it. When I decided to change this behavior, I brought in all my effort every day. After bringing in all my effort everyday, I saw that it was translating over into over things in my life. Staying consistent, and bringing my 100% effort everyday. This began to turn into something very positive. It began to improve my life. I began to see progress in not only my CrossFit Training but in almost every aspect of my life, everything started to improve.
Motivation & Passion
I am very passionate in coaching whoever is seeking help/guidance and whoever needs help/guidance, no matter what the situation is. The reason that I am passionate in coaching whoever needs/seeks help or guidance, is because I was also that person. I was the person that did not know where to start and did not know what to do for my next step. I know what it is and how much of an impact in can make on someone, by just helping them get started. Working together to find an answer with people is something that I know that I can help people with. This motivates my purpose for coaching because sometimes people don't know what they are truly capable of, and by helping people realize that they are more capable than they realize and move on to better and greater things, is something that is very rewarding and fulfilling. I will continue to educate myself as a person and as a coach, in order for me to coach anyone that is needing help, no matter what the situation they come to me with.
