Fundamentals For New Athletes


This 1-on-1 training scenario provides a private and more intimate experience for everyone looking to start their fitness journey. With this service, you’re in control of your training schedule and every session is individually tailored to your goals.

All new members participate in 5 one-on-one sessions, where we teach you the basics, emphasize proper techniques, and give you a great sweat session. You will also receive an initial fitness assessment and body measurements. Fundamentals is required for all new athletes before participating in CrossFit group classes.

What to Expect

Each session a coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements we use in CrossFit, as well as review range of motion and various scales to get you moving safely. Following the instruction portion of the class, you will participate in a CrossFit style workout. You will get sweaty and you will have fun. Once you are competent in the movements we use daily in CrossFit you may graduate to our regular CrossFit classes and get the full CrossFit Paradise experience!


No prior CrossFit experience required, this is great for beginners who want to learn and progress. This is required prior to join group classes.
