Getting Started

Schedule your new member consultation here. We want to get to know you. We want to know what your aspirations and goals are. The focus of the consultation is 100% about you. We want to know what its like to walk a day in your shoes so we better understand how to help guide you through your journey. During the consultation we will discuss how we will help you achieve your goals.

What’s Next:

After the consultation we will give you a brief tour of the facility and have you take a class to enjoy the whole experience. You will be assigned a coach who will be by your side through the class to help answer any questions you may have. This is where you will get a feel for the group setting without the intimidation. You’ll also connect with some other members who have been where you are!

After the class your coach will bring you back to discuss how to properly and safely onboard you into the group setting, by starting with Private Training.

Prerequisites

Nothing. Whether you are a seasoned athlete or it’s the first time you have ever stepped foot in a gym this is your starting point.

I was never an athlete so I never thought I’d be able to lift any kind of weight and would struggle with the workouts. But the coaches have gone out of their way to make sure I’m able to do all of the movements. Just doing the movements correct is an accomplishment for me!
